Occupational Therapist - PRN

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for a variety of orthopaedic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes

• Deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care to ensure optimal results and high patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and other rehab professionals

• Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term wellness

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)

• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

• Experience with orthopaedic patient populations preferred

• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities

• Interest in professional development and continuing education
