We are currently seeking full-time Medical Assistants who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC University, KOC Weisgarber, KOC West, KOC Powell and KOC Sevierville.

Key Responsibilities:

Greets and rooms patients

Obtains patient information, vitals, history, and medications

Prepares exam rooms and restocks materials

Real-time scribing of provider-patient encounters and documents clinical care in EHR

Assists physician, provides patient education and discharge instructions
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience required

Basic EHR proficiency (NexGen preferred)

Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program or equivalent training

Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
