We are currently seeking a full-time Pre-Op Collector who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and collecting on pre-surgical estimates for upcoming elective surgeries and procedures

Provide patients with information or requested documentation

Communicate with patients regarding any unpaid balances they owe, if any, on their account

Collect the amounts due in advance for their upcoming procedure
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

1 years of experience in a medical office billing or similar

Experience with patient or customer collections

Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently
