Key Responsibilities:

Initiating telephone contact with patients to conduct pre-operative interview and evaluation of patient history

Provide patient education regarding routine care and procedures

Obtain and review patient information including lab work, testing, office visits notes, and perioperative clearances
Preferred Experience and Required Qualifications:

RN licensure required
-
BLS required
-
Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Work in a busy orthopaedic surgery environment

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently
