Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient balances after insurance processing

Monitoring accounts with delinquent patient balances
- Processing bankruptcies

Communicate with patients regarding information or requested documentation

Reviewing patient balances for outsourcing to collections
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

1 years of experience in a medical office billing or similar

Experience with patient or customer collections

Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently
