What the job is
Hiring experienced estimators to join the preconstruction team working on large manufacturing and mission-critical projects.
Core responsibilities
Preconstruction & estimating
- Lead preconstruction planning and strategic estimating efforts
- Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, schedules, and alternates
- Perform constructability reviews and risk assessments
- Coordinate with design teams and manage proposal development
- Develop value engineering options and cost models
Business development & client work
- Participate in client presentations and proposals
- Build relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Help identify new project opportunities and support business growth
Requirements
- 5 years preconstruction experience for a general contractor
- Experience in life sciences, construction, or data centers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design-build delivery
Bachelor’s degree preferred (CM, Engineering, Architecture, Business, etc.) -Not required.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
