Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians (Level II & III) to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical mechanical systems within data center environments.
This role focuses on maintaining high-performance HVAC infrastructure where system reliability and uptime are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems
- Service and maintain:
- Air and water-cooled chillers
- Cooling towers
- Boilers and hydronic systems
- Air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs)
- Pumps, valves, and associated mechanical systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Support building automation systems (DDC/BAS) and VFD controls
- Respond to routine and emergency service requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Qualifications
Technician II
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Working knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with large commercial equipment (chillers, boilers, AHUs preferred)
Technician III
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong experience with chillers, cooling towers, and central plant systems
- Ability to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs independently
- Experience with DDC/BAS and VFD systems
Required
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver’s license
- U.S. citizenship (ability to obtain clearance preferred)
Compensation
- Technician II: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
- Technician III: $45–$60/hr (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- Full benefits package
Schedule
- Multiple shifts available (day, evening, overnight)
- 8–12 hour shifts depending on assignment
- Rotating on-call for advanced technicians
