Business & Financial Leadership
- Full P&L responsibility, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow
- Annual budgeting and monthly financial review
- Oversight of project margins, WIP accuracy, billing, and collections
- Pricing and margin strategy in coordination with estimating
- Accountability for on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Leadership of project management and field operations
- Resource planning across labor, subcontractors, and equipment
- Oversight of safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Direct leadership of project managers, estimators, and operations leaders
- Hiring, performance management, and talent development
- Establishing accountability, operating cadence, and clear decision-making
- Setting and reinforcing company culture across office and field teams
- Strategic involvement in major bids and key client relationships
- Go / no-go decision-making on pursuits
- Contract and risk oversight
- Ownership of systems including ERP, project management, and reporting tools
- 15 years of experience in construction or specialty contracting
- Prior leadership experience at the division, operations, or senior project level
- Demonstrated ability to run a business, not just manage projects
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of construction economics
- Credibility with both field teams and ownership
