- Leading and supporting system implementation projects, working closely with clients to seamlessly integrate accounting and finance software solutions.
- Taking on special accounting projects such as process improvements, financial analysis, cost optimization, and other exciting assignments.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring utmost accuracy, compliance, and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
- Conducting internal audits to evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and offer recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Offering expert advice on accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, acting as a trusted advisor in complex financial matters.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and operations, to drive collaborative solutions and achieve project objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the accounting and finance domain, incorporating them into project deliverables and recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Holding a CPA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to clients.
