Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and new hire orientations.
• Maintain safety records, reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Partner with operations teams to promote safe work practices and employee engagement.
• Support ongoing safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of safety experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with refrigeration systems, transportation safety, or DOT regulations.
• Training and facilitation experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling equipment.
