Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions. Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet project goals.
- Priority Setting: Establish and continuously adjust project priorities, reallocating resources as needed to meet critical deadlines and milestones.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment and accountability across project teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key project performance metrics, identifying variances early and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and functional leads to align resources with deliverables and maintain cohesive execution.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly, removing barriers to maintain momentum and ensure on-time delivery.
- Execution Strategy: Develop and oversee comprehensive project execution plans-including risk management, communication strategies, change control, and quality assurance.
- Project Reviews: Conduct regular project assessments and provide timely, accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients, team members, and leadership to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive progress.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution (preferred).
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and process development skills, with a track record of implementing effective procedures and workflows.
- Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and other data management programs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and interact effectively at all organizational levels.
