This role supports the sales process by identifying new project opportunities, assisting in the development of strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to advance relationships with key stakeholders including Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify active and upcoming project opportunities
- Enter and maintain accurate project and customer information in the enterprise system
- Assist with the development and execution of sales close plans
- Communicate with contractors to obtain key project details such as scope, drawings, and timelines
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth quote and project workflows
- Prepare documentation for continuing education/training events
- Support project turnover processes in coordination with Project Managers
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within the department
- Track regional training and compliance progress
- 3–5 years of inside sales or business development experience (experience in the commercial construction industry strongly preferred)
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with enterprise/project management software
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
