- Oversee daily 3PL operations: inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage and optimize WMS/ERP systems; create and analyze operational reports.
- Lead customer transitions from other 3PLs, including inventory transfers, system integration, and training.
- Maintain post-onboarding support and build strong client relationships.
- Resolve operational issues and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.
- Support freight cost analysis, vendor compliance, and logistics audits.
- 3 years in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain management.
- Skilled in WMS/ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Experience in freight negotiation, vendor compliance, or small parcel shipping preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
