Creative Services Specialist
Under general direction, the Creative Services Specialist develops high-quality digital and print design assets that support OCTA’s marketing, branding, and communications efforts. This role creates visually compelling content across multiple platforms—including web, social media, email, and print—to enhance user engagement and promote OCTA programs and services.
This is a non-exempt position at salary range 170; Min $33.44– Mid $39.95 – Max $46.45 per hour. The starting salary will be within the established range based on qualifications.

What You’ll Do
- Design and produce creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including web, email, social media, brochures, signage, and advertisements
- Create original visual elements such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and branded graphics
- Develop engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Support web design efforts, including landing pages and content enhancements
- Prepare final print and web-ready files based on project specifications
- Capture and edit photography, including photo retouching and image sourcing
- Develop presentations and visual materials for internal and Board-level use
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and manage files within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and quality of design
- Review external creative deliverables and provide recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects preferred)
- Experience with web design, social media content, and digital marketing assets
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Create impactful visuals that support major transportation initiatives
- Work on a wide variety of creative projects across digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams
