Description: The Surgical Scheduling & Revenue Cycle Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of the surgical scheduling process. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for surgical case building, pre-operative order entry, and revenue cycle integrity. This position works with clinical scheduling and business office operations, ensuring that cases are scheduled accurately, authorized appropriately, and billed correctly to minimize revenue loss and operational friction.
Number of Hours: Full-time: 32-40 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Educational Requirements: RN license required. Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding and EPIC required. Experience in surgical scheduling, order entry, or revenue cycle management preferred.
