Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, change orders, quality control, safety compliance, and client relationship management.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Commercial construction project experience
- Budget and schedule management
- Contract administration and change order management
- Subcontractor and vendor management
- Experience reviewing plans and specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all phases of construction
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct project meetings and coordinate field operations
- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and project delivery
- Prepare project reports and communicate with clients and senior leadership
