This is a senior-level opportunity to take full ownership of complex façade and window system projects, managing them from preconstruction through to completion. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front - driving schedules, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring delivery across high-end residential and commercial projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and field operations to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through closeout, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Review contracts, drawings, scope, budgets, and project documentation in detail
- Identify risks, scope gaps, inclusions/exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, fabrication, logistics, field teams) to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and timelines
- Develop and manage project schedules for submittals, fabrication, and installation
- Prepare, track, and negotiate change orders
- Oversee procurement and supplier coordination
- Work closely with accounting on billing, cost tracking, and percentage of completion reporting
- Monitor resource allocation and project performance
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation throughout
- Mentor and support junior project managers and project coordinator
Key Skills
- 5 years of Project Management experience within construction
- Strong background in façade, curtain wall, windows, or building envelope systems (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and change orders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software
- Familiarity with construction management software (preferred)
Salary : $135,000 - $155,000
