Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and media company, is seeking a Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst to drive the evolution of Core HR platforms during a transformative system transition. This opportunity is perfect for an SAP HR expert who thrives on complex problem-solving, loves optimizing legacy systems, and can seamlessly bridge business needs with technical solutions!

What You'll Do

• Own SAP HR as the go-to functional SME—master Personal Data modules and On-Prem environments while supporting critical system transitions.
• Drive December Release OSS Note reviews—assess downstream impacts across WFT tables and t-codes, then orchestrate testing validation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end testing of system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring flawless implementation and seamless coordination with technical partners.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, validate bug resolutions, and maintain rock-solid data integrity across the HR technology landscape.
• Oversee UAT processes—audit defect resolution, manage testing timelines, and ensure proper data handling throughout testing cycles.
• Translate complex business requirements into smart technical configurations that drive real business value.
• Configure and optimize HR applications while managing workflows through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Provide expert guidance to business partners and support high-impact special projects preparing for the next-generation Core HR system.

What You Bring

• 3 years of hands-on SAP HR Modules experience, especially Personal Data and On-Prem environments.
• Deep SAP HR technical expertise with proven success configuring and maintaining enterprise HR applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Workday implementation experience is a major plus.
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, you make complex technical concepts accessible to everyone from developers to executives.
