FIELD HR MANAGER - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TERRITORY This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to work for a Professional HR Firm. The position requires no less than 7 years of progressive HR generalist experience with a heavy emphasis in Legal Compliance and California employment and safety laws. The position title is HR Consultant and reports to the President of the company who leads all of HR operations. The position requires heavy travel throughout Southern California with multiple client responsibilities. Successful candidates must have the highest level of flexibility to perform duties and change quickly based on competing priorities. Clients expect prompt response, which often means juggling multiple client issues at the same time. Will be asked to network and meet prospective clients. The position will start as non-exempt part-time and grow into full time position with a career path for management level responsibilities. Full benefits and bonus opportunity when full-time status is achieved.
