Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced analyst to support a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) transformation. This role will serve as a critical interface between business and technology teams, driving requirements, process optimization, and system configuration as part of the transition from legacy WMS platforms to Blue Yonder WMS. The position demands a collaborative, hands-on approach focused on Agile delivery, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions within a supply chain environment.

- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable WMS solutions.
- Write Agile user stories and user acceptance criteria to support development and configuration work.
- Lead process mapping and workflow design using tools like Miro to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Translate business processes into system configurations within Blue Yonder.
- Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage backlog, prioritization, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert across supply chain and warehouse operations.
