Delivery Manager (Supply Chain)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management applications within a large-scale operational environment. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, managed service providers, and technology teams to maintain and support mission-critical warehouse and logistics platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience, a solid understanding of IT operations and security, and the ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance, administration, and operational stability of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management applications
- Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve system challenges and improve application performance
- Identify root causes of operational and application issues and coordinate resolutions
- Manage support relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with IT Security standards and best practices
- Participate in ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and support initiatives
- Drive communication and collaboration across business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of IT Security best practices and vulnerability management
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required OR 15 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics systems
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile workflows
- Knowledge of network connectivity and wireless technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
