Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the retail space, is seeking a Enterprise Architect Manager to join their growing team in Katy, TX. They are looking for a strong experience in governance and strategy, and strong experience in TOGAF architecture. The client is seeking previous retail experience. Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy
- Define, evolve, and govern enterprise-wide architecture standards, principles, and guardrails across application, integration, and platform domains.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to establish a long-term enterprise architecture vision aligned to business strategy.
- Lead the development of business architecture artifacts (capability maps, value streams, and roadmaps) to connect business strategy, operating models, and technology architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, guiding adoption decisions based on value, risk, and architectural fit.
- Champion scalable, resilient, and sustainable enterprise solutions that balance innovation with operational excellence.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
