Salesforce Technical Lead (Service Cloud) – Long Term Contract – Hybrid in Detroit (T-Th)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to support the buildout of a brand-new Service Cloud instance for their automotive line of business. This platform will serve as a case management system for vehicle inventory, managing the full lifecycle from intake through auction, while supporting external vendors through an Experience Cloud portal.
This is a highly visible initiative with strong ownership and leadership opportunity. We are offering a competitive compensation package with health insurance offered during the contract period.

- Prior experience in a Technical Lead or senior-level role
- Experience with Experience Cloud preferred
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev I/II, Admin, Service Cloud, etc.) preferred
Technical Environment: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, REST APIs, GraphQL, custom integrations, Data Cloud, JavaScript, OAuth
