Senior Product Manager
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Strategic Growth Initiatives team. This role will focus on enhancing the end-to-end Embarkation experience for Guests, Cast, and Crew within a large-scale cruise line operation.
This individual will be responsible for translating customer insights, operational needs, and technical constraints into a clear product vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategy and execution, with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in a highly collaborative environment.
Location: Celebration, FL (Hybrid up to 4x onsite)
Type: 12-month contract with potential extension up to 24 months (W2 Only)
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Product Management experience, specifically within digital customer experience for a global or national brand
- Experience managing complex, multi-team product portfolios or platform initiatives
- Strong ability to use data to drive decisions and build business cases
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, UX/design, and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies

- Experience supporting digital products tied to physical operations
- Background in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Exposure to emerging and innovative technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for embarkation-related initiatives
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product scope, user stories, and epics
- Drive execution across multiple teams to deliver complex product initiatives
- Define and track KPIs tied to guest experience, operational performance, and scalability
- Leverage data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and build business cases
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between product vision and execution across multiple workstreams
