Position Summary: The AI Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of AI Automation Specialists to deliver top-tier AI solutions across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic implementation of AI-powered communication agents, ensuring customer success, and building a high-performing technical service delivery team within the Operations function. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align implementation capabilities with business objectives and manage resource allocation across multiple customer engagements.

Job Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical team management, preferably in AI, automation, or SaaS implementation
- 3 years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, chatbots, or automation platforms
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with SMB & Enterprise customers
