AV Enterprise Solutions Engineer | Hybrid (4x onsite – Salisbury, NC)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading retail and grocery industry organization, is seeking an experienced AV Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join their team in Salisbury, NC (on-site 4 days per week, remote on Fridays). This role will focus on strengthening enterprise audio-visual capabilities, with a strong emphasis on the deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a business-facing technical resource, ensuring seamless integration of AV solutions while partnering closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Experience of the right candidate:
- 3–5 years of experience supporting video conferencing systems in corporate enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with installation and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms (beyond standard desktop/laptop usage)
- Solid understanding of enterprise audio-visual systems and IT integration challenges
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (EntraID) and Azure-based deployments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device policy and application management
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence in business-facing environments
