About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms engineer to own the AV experience for ADUSA's C-Suite executives. You'll be the 3rd-level technical expert supporting executive meetings, board-level events, and high-visibility conferences, while also working in the Digital Media team's Evolution Lab on next-generation AV and collaboration solutions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility seat.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide 3rd-level technical support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and AV equipment across offices
• Lead AV setup and live support for C-Suite conferences, board meetings, and executive events in partnership with the Executive Support team.
• Partner with the Digital Media Manager and Engineering Lead in the Evolution Lab to pilot next-generation AV and collaboration solutions before broader rollout.
• Run version testing on the MTR app and MTR device OS / firmware to validate readiness for general population deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience and support model for MTR and AV systems across the enterprise.
• Install and configure AV hardware — displays, mounts, cabling, and supporting infrastructure — to a polished, executive-ready standard.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and runbooks so the broader team can support what you build.

What They're Looking For

• 3-5 years providing MTR and AV support specifically for C-Suite events and meetings (this is a hard requirement).
• Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms or comparable collaboration technology across a widely distributed enterprise.
• 3 years working with digital signage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MS Teams Rooms Administration (MTRA Portal), Teams Rooms configuration, and hardware deployment.
• Strong AV hardware install background — displays, mounts, cable management, room build-outs.
• Strong communication skills — this person interfaces directly with executives, business stakeholders, and AV/MTR vendors.
• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
