This role supports a high-performing Corporate Relations team within a leading asset management environment, helping coordinate and execute meetings between internal investment teams and external corporate executives. You will play a critical role in facilitating investor-facing interactions by managing logistics, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings, events, and research-related engagements.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and corporate relations partners to coordinate company meetings, manage calendars, and oversee logistics for both small-scale meetings and larger events such as roadshows and conferences. This includes scheduling, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and ensuring all communications are accurate and professional.
You will also maintain internal systems to track meeting activity, support reporting efforts, and help ensure data accuracy across all engagements. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with senior stakeholders.
Requirements:- 4-7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or investment-related environments
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders (executives, investment teams, or client-facing roles)
- Strong background in meeting coordination, calendar management, and logistics execution
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, or tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
