IT Support Specialist – Tier l
Foster City, CA – On-site
6-month Contract
$30 - $40/ hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for an IT Support Specialist – Tier l for a TOP growing pharmaceutical company in Foster City, CA. This position not only focuses on resolving technical incidents but finding underlying problems and helping to develop long-term solutions/processes. Candidates should be able to pick things up quickly and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- 2 years experience in a technical support position
- Provide technical support to employees working both on-site and remotely
- Understanding the following IT areas: (Windows Operating System / Azure AD / Intune / Office 365)
- General networking knowledge (Firewall, IP addresses, WLAN, Router/Switch)
- End-user hardware/software troubleshooting
- Provide event support during company meetings and events (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Provide ticketing system support
- Provide excellent communication to Executive staff
- The ability to successfully prioritize competing tasks
