Option 1 Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Director who has worked both with a PEO and growing a new internal HR Department. Experience in manufacturing or start-ups a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain knowledge of new HR technologies, talent trends and employment law
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting team
- Work with a PEO to manage employee benefit programs such as vacation and health insurance
- Support Operation team and keep informed of any changes to regulations or laws to remain in compliance
- Build HR team to scale with companies growth
- Maintain accurate employee records and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related
- Ten years’ experience in HR with experience in benefits, payroll and employee relations
- Experience in manufacturing or start-up a plus
- This position is fully on-site
- Experience working in a PEO environment is required
- Some management experience required
- Recruiting experience required
