Option 1 Staffing is seeking a detailed individual with a solid Accounts Payable background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Accounts
- Process Invoices
- Track invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with process improvements
- Reconcile statements and aging reports
Qualifications:
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate experience in Excel
- Basic knowledge of financial systems with proven aptitude to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
