- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual results to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with Operations and Regional leaders to analyze profitability by product line and geography
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with US GAAP standards and internal controls
- Provide data-driven insights using automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Snowflake
- Travel 25–30% annually (domestic and international) to support operations and leadership meetings
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance forecasting, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making and performance measurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or FP&A
- Must have technical proficiency in Cost Accounting and strong financial controls knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP compliance and reporting accuracy
- Experience leading and developing large financial teams across multiple locations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion or Oracle preferred
- Ability to analyze data from automation tools like Power BI, Alteryx, or Snowflake
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive leadership
- Must demonstrate stable work tenure and long-term role commitment
- Willingness to travel 25–30% annually (domestic and international)
