A well-established hospitality organization with a strong footprint in Hawaii seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial oversight for a multi-property condominium and resort portfolio across Oahu and the neighbor islands. This role serves as the senior finance leader for a condominium-focused division, partnering closely with executive leadership, property owners, and a centralized finance service team to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and financial integrity. The Director of Finance plays both a hands-on and strategic role, overseeing day-to-day financial operations while contributing to broader business decision-making within a complex hospitality and real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial statements and reporting for multiple condominium and resort properties
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to property owners, lenders, and internal leadership
- Lead and manage a small finance team, including senior finance staff and accountants
- Partner with a centralized finance service center to ensure accounting and reporting requirements are met
- Participate in executive management discussions and serve as a strategic finance partner
- Support budgeting, audits, and compliance related to condominium and AOAO operations
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes across the portfolio
Skills
- Strong financial leadership within hospitality, real estate, or property based organizations
- Understanding of condominium, AOAO, or association accounting
- Ability to manage multi-property financial reporting and complex ownership structures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

- CPA license or prior public accounting experience is desirable
- Experience within hospitality, resort, or property management environments
- Preference for candidates familiar with the Hawaii market or multi-island operations
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
