Responsibilities
Earn $25.00/HR with OT after 40 hours (time-and-a-half)
Average weekly pay: $1,000 (paid weekly)
Home Daily with consistent local routes
Weekends Off (some Saturdays required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with start time between 6:00–8:00 AM
Touch Freight Required delivering plant products
Use equipment (carts, trays, etc.) to unload and move products within stores
Deliver, merchandise, and sell products to retail locations on assigned route
Travel between multiple stops throughout the day
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships
Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License (Non-CDL)
Must be at least 21 years of age
No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years
1–3 years of customer service or route sales experience preferred
Ability to work long hours on your feet and travel between locations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Must be reliable and able to manage assigned routes
