What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class B Equipment Delivery Driver position at Optimum Logistic Solutions?
Responsibilities
- Earn $30.00/HR | Average $1,200-$1,600 Weekly
- Paid Weekly | Home Daily | Consistent Schedule | OT After 40
- Monday-Friday schedule with a 3:00 AM dispatch, averaging 8-10 hour shifts.
- Operate Sprinter Vans and 26' Straight Trucks making store and drop box deliveries.
- Deliver Foley Equipment on dedicated local routes while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Handle touch freight with minimal heavy lifting while completing store and drop box deliveries.
- Forklift experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL required.
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Comfortable operating Sprinter Vans and 26' Straight Trucks.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle touch freight and maintain an efficient delivery schedule.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday with a 3:00 AM start time.
- Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
