This is a full-time role as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician based on-site at our Carlsbad location. The Behavioral Health Technician will provide support and assistance to individuals with behavioral disabilities or mental health disorders. They will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and analyzing behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness. The Behavioral Health Technician will also be responsible for facilitating communication among individuals, families, and professionals, and contributing to treatment plans.
Monday through Friday, no weekends no nights.

Responsibilities:
- Provide applied behavioral analysis in, homes, clinic, and more community-based settings
- Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans
- Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for special needs individuals
- Must be 18 years of age
- College coursework: behavioral science, psychology, education, social work, human development. Minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.
