Schedule: Monday through Friday
Employment Status: Full time, hourly non-exempt position
30 hours per week
1. Staffing Coordination
Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all assigned clients.
Coordinate daily staffing needs, including filling open shifts, securing substitutes, and adjusting schedules as service needs change.
Communicate staffing changes promptly to clinical supervisors
2. Recruitment and Hiring Support
Assist with recruitment of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial applicant screenings to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications for roles.
Coordinate interviews between applicants and HR.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Outreach and event coordination
3. Clinical and Administrative Communication
Serve as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams regarding staffing needs and scheduling constraints.
Communicate staffing requirements (credentials, experience level, program needs) to the administrative team.
Provide updates to clinical leadership regarding staffing availability and recruitment progress.
4. Credential and Qualification Verification
Track required credentials, background clearances, and other job-related requirements.
Ensure staff assigned to cases meet program, payer, and regulatory requirements.
Support Office Manager in credentialing
Pay: $25.40 - $30.59 per hour
