We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join out team in St. Louis to help our hiring team find and engage the right people who will contribute to our company growth.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates across various roles. This dynamic position offers an energetic environment where your communication skills and relationship management abilities will shine. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, helping organizations build strong teams for future success.
Where you’ll make an impact
You’ll help keep each search moving, from the first application to the final interview. Your work will include:
- Posting vacancies and keeping job listings accurate and up to date.
- Reviewing applications against the criteria agreed with hiring managers.
- Reaching out to candidates, answering initial questions, and arranging interviews.
- Keeping candidate records, calendars, and hiring updates organized.
- Following up promptly so applicants know where they stand.
- Learning what different teams do so you can better understand the people they need.
What you’ll bring to the team
You communicate well with different people, keep track of competing tasks, and take pride in getting the details right. You’re comfortable starting conversations, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn about roles that may be new to you. A background in administration, customer service, or another people-facing role would give you a useful foundation; previous recruitment experience is welcome but isn’t essential.
