A great office day starts with a warm hello and someone who can keep things moving when the phone rings, a visitor arrives, and three people need an answer. We are looking for a Front Office Assistant who brings positive energy, stays organized, and enjoys helping people feel welcome.
You will be one of the first people clients and visitors meet at our St. Louis office. You will also work closely with the office manager and colleagues across the team, making sure appointments, messages, and everyday office details are handled with care. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
What you will do
- Welcome visitors, let the right colleague know they have arrived, and help them feel comfortable.
- Answer calls and emails, respond to straightforward questions, and pass detailed requests to the right person.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, update calendars, and prepare meeting spaces.
- Keep contact details, messages, and basic office records accurate.
- Help with mail, supplies, and other tasks that keep the front office running smoothly.
