Location: Forest Grove, Oregon

Compensation: $20 hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30pm

Who We Are

Our client operates a well-established manufacturing facility on 5 acres in Forest Grove, Oregon—situated between the Coast Range and the Cascade Mountains. They began as a supplier of group operator air break disconnects and have since expanded their product line to include motor operators, ground switches, surge suppression resistors, and unitized phase-over-phase designs, among others.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll operate a variety of industrial trucks and forklifts to safely move, lift, and transport materials throughout the facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating gasoline-, liquefied gas-, and electric-powered industrial trucks
• Utilizing attachments such as clamps, lift beams, and hooks
• Maneuvering equipment using levers, controls, and pedals
• Positioning forks and lifting devices to handle pallets, skids, and materials
• Loading, unloading, stacking, and staging materials efficiently
• Transporting materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floor

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of forklift or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
