SALARY: $100,000 - $125,000 / year
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
LOCATION: Remote (Southeastern U.S.)
OVERVIEW:
Operational Technical Services (OTS), a top private water and wastewater staffing provider, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. This key role drives regional growth by managing independent reps, cultivating relationships with engineering firms, OEMs, contractors, and end users, and securing strategic accounts. The position involves significant travel for client visits, product demos, and trade shows to establish our company's leadership in water, wastewater, and industrial solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and coach sales reps; conduct joint calls and provide development.
- Drive sales with municipalities, utilities, OEMs, and engineering firms.
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations, attend trade shows, and gather market intelligence.
- Identify, onboard, and support new sales reps.
- Meet sales targets, maintain accurate reports, and contribute to sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years in technical B2B sales or sales management, in water, wastewater, or industrial automation.
- Proven success in account growth and managing reps or channel partners.
- Excellent communication, technical aptitude, and ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel 40-80%; residing in FL or GA preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work remotely and use standard office equipment.
