APP, one of the world’s largest integrated paper groups, with over 100,000 employees delivering products to more than 150 countries, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Parent Roll Tissue business across Eastern US.
This is a senior commercial role focused on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for our tissue product portfolio.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute the sales strategy for Eastern US to grow market share and business volume.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region.
- Market Development: Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
✅ What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in commercial roles within relevant industry, ideally with jumbo rolls/parent rolls/converting rolls. Candidates with Away-from-Home or Consumer Tissue experience will also be considered.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of tissue converters in the region. Understanding of B2C Tissue Finished Goods and customer expectations is preferred in order to build strong relationships with end users.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Mindset: Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven.
- Independence: Comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
