Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will support the expansion of the Oriental Yuhong – North America Division across the Florida market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing distribution networks, and strengthening customer relationships across both TPO roofing systems (TRO) and flooring product lines. The position will focus on market penetration within commercial and residential construction sectors, working closely with contractors, distributors, developers, and project stakeholders. The Regional Sales Manager will execute regional strategies, grow brand presence, and promote Oriental Yuhong’s full portfolio including roofing membranes, flooring systems, waterproofing materials, and related construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets across Florida.
· Drive sales and market adoption of TPO roofing systems (TRO) and flooring products.
· Build and expand distribution channels, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
· Manage and grow key accounts including contractors, distributors, developers, and general contractors.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities in both roofing and flooring segments.
· Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts; report to leadership.
· Promote product specifications with architects, designers, and consultants.
· Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, product demos, and technical presentations.
· Provide product training and technical guidance to customers and channel partners.
· Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for project support and issue resolution.
· Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and contractor associations.
· Support pricing strategies, promotions, and demand planning initiatives.
· Ensure strong brand positioning across both roofing and flooring markets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
· At least 5 years of sales experience in roofing, flooring, construction materials, or related industries.
· Proven success managing a regional territory and achieving sales targets.
· Experience with TPO/PVC/EPDM roofing systems and/or commercial flooring systems strongly preferred.
· Strong network with contractors, distributors, architects, or developers in Florida.
· Experience in specification-driven sales is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to travel frequently within Florida.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air when required.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
This role offers a competitive base salary of $120,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, the position participates in a performance-based commission plan. The on-target total compensation is approximately $165,000, with top performers having the potential to earn $180,000 annually.
The commission structure is designed to be highly rewarding and provides strong earning opportunities for high-achieving sales professionals.
Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and business results.
