What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability.
- Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and plant reliability.
- Manage maintenance budgets, work plans, and department performance.
- Coordinate repairs, contractor activities, and equipment improvements.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and operational requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, chemical processing, or water/wastewater environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing preventative maintenance programs.
- Previous membrane treatment experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical or engineering degree is preferred but not required.
