Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and payments
- Verify, code, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies
- Research discrepancies and resolve vendor issues
- Prepare and schedule payments (check, ACH, credit card, wire)
- Maintain organized records and support documentation
- Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and payment verification
- Process employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
- Support AP automation tools and workflow improvements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience with accounts payable processes
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
