In this role, you’ll play a critical part in customer success by ensuring clients realize ongoing value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and improve performance.

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to support account growth and retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals
- Lead onboarding and coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth go-live experience
- Monitor customer health, adoption, and success metrics to drive value realization
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights
- Advocate for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support trade shows, events, and webinars
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts within an assigned territory, from outreach to close
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or similar)
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing diverse accounts from small businesses to enterprise clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
