Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored storage solutions. The role entails managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, overseeing delivery schedules, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the operations team to ensure service excellence, tracking sales performance, and identifying opportunities to expand business within the region.
