What You’ll Do:
Lead & Elevate the Workplace Experience
- Oversee daily operations of workplace services including concierge, print, and office services
- Set the tone for service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience for employees and guests
- Act as the primary owner of workplace requests, ensuring timely response, follow-through, and quality delivery
Manage & Develop a High-Performing Team
- Lead, coach, and support a team of workplace professionals, fostering accountability and growth
- Provide real-time guidance and feedback to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Partner with leadership on performance management and ongoing team development
Drive Operational Excellence
- Optimize workflows and service delivery to improve efficiency and responsiveness
- Maintain and enhance reporting and operational tracking using tools like Excel and Outlook
- Ensure workplace spaces, including conference rooms, pantries, and shared areas are consistently organized, stocked, and operating smoothly
Coordinate Workplace Logistics
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding workspace setup and employee moves
- Manage seating, floor plans, and access needs across the office
- Partner with vendors and building management to proactively address workplace needs
Ensure Seamless Daily Operations
- Manage scheduling, timecards, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Keep leadership informed on site performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
What You Bring:
- Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or office services management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a service-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
