Job Duties
IT MSPs Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our MSP, managing service delivery, escalations, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with MSPs on onboarding/offboarding, incident response, patching schedules, and ongoing project work.
- Manage and review monthly IT expense reports, including MSP invoices, software subscriptions, and hardware expenditures.
- Evaluate and manage back-office software service accounts and vendor relationships, ensuring renewals, licensing, and cost accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the physical security system in the office, including access control, cameras, and alarm systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for physical security vendors and coordinate any repairs, upgrades, or access changes.
- Ensure physical security policies are enforced and access logs are reviewed as part of routine security hygiene.
- Maintain a well-organized, clearly documented IT presence in the office, including asset tags, storage, cable management, and documentation.
- Manage all AV equipment in the office, including conference room setups, displays, and video conferencing hardware.
- Serve as an active member of the Openforce Incident Response team, participating in detection, containment, and remediation efforts.
- Support anti-fraud prevention and investigation efforts, assisting in the identification and analysis of suspicious activity.
- Oversee company security controls and tools
- Serve as the system administrator for the Openforce SaaS platform, managing configurations, user access, and internal support requests.
- Assist in the setup and integration of new platform tools and software solutions as the business grows.

- Monitor software performance and escalate issues to vendors or engineering as appropriate.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; minimum of community college coursework in IT or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a combined IT/security role.
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, including MS 365 administration.
- Experience working with or managing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship preferred.
- Familiarity with physical security systems (access control, CCTV) is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS platform administration (e.g., Monday.com, Atlassian, Auth0, or similar).
- Basic understanding of security concepts including incident response, endpoint security, and identity management.
- Experience managing hardware inventory and asset lifecycle processes.
- Strong documentation skills; experience with ticketing systems and process documentation.
- Must be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to an evolving security landscape.
- Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
