Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using hotel management systems.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing and account adjustments.
• Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and ensure the premises are secure throughout the night.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with guest check-outs, reservations, and guest relations activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting procedures is advantageous.
